She has managed group of various sizes in different geographical locations. Her business expertise includes market research, product and business development, Business Planning including Budgeting, Forecasting, Resource allocation and Consolidation. She played key role in seven Full life cycle project implementation, 2 Full merger Acquisition implementation for fortune 500 clients, Federal/ Grant Treasury fund allocation implementation consultant for State government.
Dr. Weldon Wright, M.D. (CMO/Advisor)
Dr. Weldon Wright obtained his BS in EE at SMU and M.D. at UTSW Medical Center, following which he has carried out Residency and Fellowships at UT Southwestern, UCLA and Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Weldon Wright, M.D. (CMO/Advisor) obtained his BS in EE at SMU and M.D. at UTSW Medical Center, following which he has carried out Residency and Fellowships at UT Southwestern, UCLA and Johns Hopkins. He is an experienced clinician with more than 30 years of experience in patient management and clinical research. He has evaluated and treated a broad range of developmental and degenerative diseases. His expertise include signal processing and he has conducted research studies in visual electrophysiology utilizing electroretinographic recordings and visually evoked cortical potentials involving a number of different stimulus and recording modalities. He has published several papers and presented in many key conferences. One of his research projects is currently funded by National Institute of Health. With his expertise in signal processing and clinical research, he is uniquely positioned to oversee the clinical study design and data analysis for the ongoing medical technology and product development at NanoScope.

Dr. Samarendra Mohanty is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of NanoScope has almost two decades of scientific, industrial and academic experience on Biomedical technologies. He is an expert in the design of biomedical optical instrumentation, biophotonics, microscopy, spectroscopy and therapy. Dr. Mohanty has worked at various laboratories in India, Germany, Italy, UK, Singapore as well as Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic. His research is funded by industry as well as NIH-NINDS, NEI, NSF and CPRIT. He is the principal Investigator of major grant from NEI's Audacious Goal Initiative. Dr. Mohanty has authored and co-authored over 200 journal publications and conference presentations. His research has been highlighted in hundreds of websites and magazines including New Scientists, Nature Photonics, Wall street journal, Biophotonics, Laser focus world, and Optics & photonics news. He has several patents and has co-founded several companies.
Dr. Niloy Choudhury, Ph. D.

Dr. Niloy Choudhury has almost two decades of scientific, industrial and academic experience of developing optoelectronics instrumentation and product development with expertise in optical imaging for biomedical application
Dr. Choudhury has almost two decades of scientific, industrial and academic experience of optoelectronics instrumentation and product development with expertise in telecom optical component, biomedical imaging, and industrial sensors. He is an expert in the design of biomedical instrumentation, optical coherence tomography, and spectroscopy. Dr. Choudhury has worked as a senior scientist at GE Global research, where he conducted R&D on Advanced Photonics Sensor Technology and led multiyear multimillion dollar projects. He was also an Assistant professor in biomedical engineering at Michigan, where he conducted research on label-free optical readout of cellular activation. His research also included study of nano-motion using low-coherence interferometry for understanding of hearing mechanics and micro-circulation of blood. His work has been funded by industry as well as NIH, and DOE. Dr. Choudhury has authored/co-authored over 50 journal publications, patents and conference presentations.

Dr. Sivakumar Gajjeraman is a senior Scientist at Nanoscope Technologies and has more than 15 years of research experience on advance biomedical science.
Dr. Sivakumar Gajjeraman is a senior Scientist at Nanoscope Technologies and has more than 15 years of research experience on advance biomedical science. He is an expert in the field of molecular biology, tissue regeneration, advanced spectroscopic/imaging/x-ray crystallographic and cell biological techniques. During his previous research tenure at Northwestern and Brown University, he has successfully developed methodologies to elucidate the mechanism of various pathological process at molecular level using advanced multidisciplinary techniques, with the ultimate aim of understanding and developing drugs to improve human health. At Nanoscope, Dr. Gajjeraman is leading efforts for development of novel molecules for modulation and detection of cellular activities for therapy of neurodisorders.

Dr. Subrata Batabyal, Ph. D.

Dr. Batabyal’s scientific expertise span across the area of Biophysics, Biochemistry, Optics, Biomedical Instrumentation and Optogenetics.
Dr. Batabyal’s scientific expertise span across the area of Biophysics, Biochemistry, Optics, Biomedical Instrumentation and Optogenetics. He earned PhD in Chemistry with focus on ultrafast laser spectroscopy to investigate biomolecular interaction. During his postdoctoral fellowships, Dr. Batabyal worked on ultrafast laser assisted gene delivery, Optical stimulation and development of label free optical techniques to detect neuronal activity and cellular membrane fluctuations. He has published several key papers on laser based targeted gene delivery and engineering of broadband opsin for treatment retinal disorders. Dr. Batabyal is passionate about translating Nanoscope’s patent pending optical gene delivery technology and label-free detection of retinal and cortical neuronal activity for diagnosis and therapy of visual disorders.
